TLSS Teamwear Sample Policy

To help you better understand our product sizing and materials, we can provide samples for inspection. If you meet the eligibility requirements below, please contact us to apply for a sample.

Free Samples

  • For sublimation or TEAM series teamwear, if your order for a single style (jersey or shorts) reaches 20 pieces or more, we can provide a free sample of the corresponding product.

  • Sample sizes are fixed as follows: Adult Standard Size M / Kids Standard Size 140.

  • Samples are non-customized by default. If you need a sample customized based on your own design, please inform us in advance.

    Note: Custom printing fees for TEAM series samples must be covered by you.

  • You only need to pay for shipping, which will be deducted from your final order payment.

  • Please inspect and confirm the product upon receipt and contact us within 7 working days if there are any issues.

    Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there are quality, workmanship, or printing errors.

  • If you decide not to proceed with an order after receiving the sample, you will need to pay for the sample at the regular retail price.

Paid Samples

  • For sublimation or TEAM series teamwear orders below 20 pieces, you are required to prepay the product cost, customization fee, and shipping fee.

  • We recommend choosing the size you plan to order for sampling.

  • Once payment is received, we will produce the sample according to your specifications and arrange shipment.

  • Please inspect the sample upon receipt and contact us within 7 working days for any issues.

    Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there are quality, workmanship, or printing errors.

Additional Notes

    • Only one free sample is provided per design. If a second sample is required, the full product price and shipping fee will apply.

    • Free samples are limited to football (soccer) teamwear only. Other products (such as socks, jackets, etc.) are not eligible for free samples.

      If you need samples of other products, please pay the full retail price and customization fee before we begin production.

    • Lead time: Once your design and payment are confirmed, we will complete and ship your sample within 5–10 working days.
